He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Winnie Walker Allen (Parks); his wife Earlene Marie Allen; his daughter Wanda Peterson; his son-in-law Gregg Peterson; his grandson Jason Grogan; his great grandchild Jenna Northway; and his siblings, Herbert Allen of Travis Allen, I. Q, Benny Allen, Nellie Fay Dean, Bernice Lee and Lou Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Wilburn Allen (Sherlyn) of Mena, Jimmy Allen of Kiowa and Donna Diana Peterson of Kiowa; his son-in-law Kenneth Peterson of McAlester; his sister Flo Elliott of Kiowa; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Jerry, Melissa, Steven, Cassie, Shonna, Nathan, Brian, Lee and Ben. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; numerous other family members and friends.
