He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Girty of Kiowa; his sister Karen Cutbirth (Cecil) of Aurora, Missouri; his children, Johnny Ray (Tara) of Kiowa, Danny Lee (Stephanie) of El Dorado and Janelle Denise Herren (Brian) of Liberal, Kansas; his grandchildren, Summer Graves (Austin), Kale Girty (Rylie), Keean Bush, Beth Bush, Paje Bush, Emma Maltbie, Clare Maltbie, Peyten Girty, Hadley Girty, Gavin Girty, Karly Girty and Deken Girty; and his great grandchildren, Taten and Tenley Graves.
