She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McClendon and Marie McClendon (Yoast); and her brothers, Leon McClendon and Clyde McClendon. She is survived by: her husband H. K. "Junior" Sorrels; her sons, Larry Sorrels (Diana) of Kiowa and Jerry Sorrels (Gloria) of Kiowa; her grandchildren, Keith Sorrels, Laura Kelley (Daniel), Tonya Francies (Fred), Melissa Shields (Dustin) and Misti Feehan; her great grandchildren, Madison Kelley, Claire Kelley, Zoe Boatright, Mariska Shields, Mikey Shields, Clyde Shields, Shannon Francies, Shane Francies and Wrigley Feehan; her brother Ralph McClendon (Marian); and her sisters-in-law, Helen McClendon and Mary Stite. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of Kiowa Baptist Church for the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home.
