He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Conrad and Elsie Conrad; his wife Joyce Smith Conrad; his son Michael Conrad; and his siblings, Dorothy Green, Melvin Conrad and Etta Mae Coburn.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Louise Waisner (Kory) of Leawood, Brenda Lea Dirks (Rick) of Medicine Lodge and Randy Lynn Conrad (Julie) of Wichita, Knsas; his grandchildren, Kyle Waisner, Ryan Waisner, Dylan Conrad, Logan Conrad, Adam Dirks (Sara) and Jodi Davis (Johnnie); his great grandchildren, Daylynn West, Joe Dirks, Lexi Dirks and Waylon Davis; his great great grandchild Reagan West; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Helmley, Judy Ross and Dodi Smith-Doeling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Kiowa United Methodist Church, Kansas Honor Flight or Heartland Hospice in care of Lanman Funeral Home.
