She was predeceased by: her parents, Estelle Turner and Marie Turner; and her brother David Lynn Turner. She is survived by: her husband George "Frog" Johnston; her son Patrick Johnston (Karen) of Kiowa; her grandsons, Cody Johnston of Kiowa and Josh Johnston of Kiowa; her brother Paul Turner (Carol) of Kiowa; her niece Heidi Armstrong (Caleb) of Kiowa; and her nephew Zack Turner (Leslie) of Crowder. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and family members and friends.
