Dila A. Amason Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dila A. Amason (Kiowa, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Dila departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Dila. Though Dila may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arney Hall and Loretta Hall (Henson); her parents-in-law, Delbert and Arline Amason; her brothers, Jodie Hall and Danny Hall; and her great-nephew Sayven Rowland.
She is survived by: her husband Delbert Amason of Kiowa; her siblings, Linda Snider (Kenneth) of Kiowa, Arney W. Hall of Kiowa and Diana; her brother-in-law William Smedley of McAlester; and her aunt Lorene Creekmore of Kiowa. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Praise Fellowship (18682 US-69, Kiowa, OK 74553).
