She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Surber and Betty Surber (Doane); her husband Alonzo Buff; her siblings, Gene and Teresa; her in-laws, Clarence and Edna; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda and Tom.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Buff (Elizabeth) of Kiowa, Rick Buff (LeAnn) of Tulsa and Susan Buff of Edmond; her adoptive daughters, Nikki Ripley (Tony) of Noble, Sandra Nettleton of Oklahoma City and Lee Hawes of Edmond; her sisters, Peggy Taylor of Hillsville, Billie Jo Melbourne (Ron) of Cary, Mary Snow (Ted) of Fancy Gap and Elaine Surber of Bristol, Virginia; her extended family, Bill Buff of Bache, Charlie Buff (Marina) of Plant City, Georgia and Linda Buff of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Andrew Buff (Citrina), Betty Buff, Crissy Nance (Garrett), Andie Buff, Karis Buff and Megan Buff (Austin Stauffer); her great grandchildren, Swaylynn Buff, Dakota Buff, Kassidy Buff, Braxton Nance and Bentley Nance; and her granddaughter Kyndall Horner (Fisher).
