He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William and Lois Lacefield. He is survived by: his wife Amber; his children, Brittany Mitelsztet and Jeremiah Cunningham of Kinta, OK; his mother Georgett Mitelsztet of Kinta, OK.; and his sister Lisa Peltier of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by his friends and family.
