She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Ford and Mary Ford (Holt); her sons, Jerry Wesley Shaffer and Lucas Shaffer; her brother Johnny "Buck" Ford; and her grandparents, Elmer, Alice Ford, Matthew and Leota Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Caleb Kukar of Kinta, OK and Dione Hammonds-Bigger of Stigler, OK.; her grandchildren, Lilian Claire Kukar and Lucas Blake Kukar; her brothers, James Elmer Ford of Lequire, OK and Jody Ford of Lequire, OK.; her nieces, Amanda Parsons of Edmond, OK and Mary Ann Blakely of Edmond, OK; and her nephew Jacob Ford.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462).
