He was predeceased by: his mother Miranda Blevins (Apple); and his brother-in-law Randy Hill. He is survived by: his father Johnny Bo; his sons, Brian Blevins of Sapulpa and Bobby Blevins Jr. of Russellville, AR.; his grandchildren, Trenton, Ryker, Kaiden and Talyn; and his siblings, Ronnie Terrell (Robin) of Kinta, Joy Hill of Heavner and Jan Carter of Stigler.
