He is survived by: his wife Zoe Johnson; his children, Daniel Johnson (Melissa) and Heather Johnson (Brian) of Texas; his grandchildren, Carrie Johnson, Katie Johnson, Hali Perez, Kelli Green, Aiden Manning, Ava Manning, Nathan Garrett, Tanner Garrett, Tayler Garrett and Tally Mae Garrett; his sisters, Charlene Hightower (Fred) and Pam Jones (Tommy) of Colorado; his sister-in-law Zina Chamberlain; and his daughter Kathy Manning (Anthony).
