He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendyl George Erwin and Judy Kay Hazelwood Erwin; his former wives, Kelli Raquel LeFlore and Kelli Erwin; and his aunt Loyce Palkow.

He is survived by: his wife Carmyn Erwin; his children, Madison Misenheimer (Kasey), Christian Daniel (Jason), Brianna Edmons (Nate) and Collin Criss of Silverdale, WA.; his grandchildren, Axton Carver, Micah Erwin, Hudson Misenheimer, Jason Price Daniel II, Jaidah Watson, Karter Wright, Aundre Riddle and Bodi Daniel; his brother Jon Erwin (Tammy); and his stepsiblings, Scotty Jacks, Cindy Hubert and Karen Jacks. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
