He was predeceased by: his parents, Olden Byaron "O. B." Lollis and Ruth Raley Lollis; his son Jarrod Lollis; his siblings, Othel Lollis and Jane Morgan; his nephews, Vaden Lollis and Vanyce Lollis; and his niece Teresa Lollis.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Lollis of Kingston, Oklahoma; his son Craig Lollis (Jan) of Kingston, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jennifer Martens (Bradley) of Madill and Jeri "Jady" Lollis Few (Adam) of Kingston; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Martens, Wyatt Martens, Ellie Few and Alex Few. He is also survived by his family, friends.
