He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar Sr. and Pearl Russell (Neasbitt); his brother Willie Carl Russell; and his brother-in-law Wesley Luther Baker. He is survived by: his brother Ken; his wife Judith; his children, Jason Robert Russell (Keri June) of Weatherford, TX and Tiffani Ann Perry (Darren) of Fort Gibson, OK; his grandchildren, Elle Ann, Kate June Russell of Weatherford, TX, Noah Duane and Holli Marie Perry of Fort Gibson, OK; and his siblings, Eddie Bee Baker of Alex, OK and Kenneth Ray Russell (Adonna) of Kingston, OK. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
