He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Anna Wise (Weisner) and Earl M. Wise; his wife Loessa Herriman Wise; his daughter Brenda Neher; his granddaughter Candice Neher; his sister Doris Vossen; his brother-in-law Don Vossen; his sister Marjorie Whitekeller; and his brother-in-law William "Sonny" Whitekeller.
He is survived by: his caregiver Paula Butterfield; and his grandsons, Clinton Neher and Charles Neher. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
