He is survived by: his children, Rayne (Josh Livengood) of Derby, Devon Liston of Wichita, Brook Baxter of Ardmore and Jefferey Baxter of Ardmore, Alabama.; his brother Bryan (Alisa Baxter) of Kingston; his stepsisters, Kitty (Tim Gilbert) of Anna and Kelly (Mike Stephens) of Sawyer, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Addilyn, Austin and Alaina Livengood of Derby, Kansas.; and his sister Cheryl Maraffi (Arnold Maraffi) of Sherman.
