He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Elias Stogsdill and Zella Vinola Stogsdill (Long); his former wife Shirley Bridges Stogsdill; his wife Artie Hensley Stogsdill; his stepson Mark Anthony Moore; and his siblings, Arlene Twitchell, Ruth Ellen Brinkley, Carolyn Sue Stogsdill, Nelda June Stogsdill and Donald Eugene Stogsdill.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Earlene Howard (Paul) of Aubry, TX, Lisa McDanel (Glenn) of Kingston, OK, Carl Michael Eugene Stogsdill of Jacksonville, FL and David Anthony Stogsdill of Kingston, OK; his stepchildren, Gary Moore (Darla) of Texarkana, AR and Brenda Hines of Texarkana; and his siblings, JoAnn Benefiel of Texarkana, AR and Carl Vernon Stogsdill of Bristow, CA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
