He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl P. Haliburton and Edith Cole Eaton; his wife Lieselotte Koop (Lisa); and his stepson Steve Seitz. He is survived by: his children, Terry Simpson (Billie), Mark Goodearle, Ben Koop, Lynda Thurlo and Sheila Smith (Ken); and his grandchildren, Ty Thurlo, Mary Ann Thurlo, Cristel Thurlo, Craig Thurlo, Elizabeth Thurlo, Corey Simpson, Guy Thurlo Jr., Michael Simpson, Jennifer Koop, Dollie Simpson, Lyle Koop, Angel Simpson, James Koop and Sara Ammons.
