She is survived by: her former spouse Newell Matthews; her children, Danny Matthews (Rilla) of Artesia, Gary Matthews (Karen) of Artesia, Terri Bray (Dennis) of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Brenda Kerbo-Campanga of Houston and Debbie Lamb (Gail) of Artesia; her sister Elizabeth Barnett of Shallowater, Texas; and her nephews, Richard Barnett, Perky Lynskey and Kenny Spain. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
