R.) and Katie "Ratcoy" Higgins (Shane); his grandchildren, Ryan Meek, Tino Rojas, Landon Earley, Bryson Higgins, Dillion Higgins, William Eugene Higgins, Noah Higgins and Josslin Earley; and his siblings, Brenda Armstrong (Kent), Pam Pickens (Mike), Ray Earley (Amy) and Tommy Dewayne Earley.
