He is survived by: his wife Leota Dunlap; his sons, Arthur "Terry" Johnson (Bertie) and Michael Johnson; his grandson Justin Johnson (Heather); his great grandchildren, Dani, Trea and Jamie; and his siblings, Merritt Johnson of Eureka, KS, Marion Johnson of Neal, KS, Mike Johnson of Andover, KS, Peggy Johnson of Eureka, KS and Patty Jo Childs of Jackson, MO..

Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
