In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Scotty had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Scotty may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Oldenburg, Jr. and Richard; his brother Jerry Oldenburg; and his grandparents, Frank Sr., Irlean Oldenburg, Felix and Florance Bussard.
He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Oldenburg of Mulhall and Braxton Oldenburg of Mulhall; and his sisters, Pam Albright and Judy Hughes (Jeff). He is also survived by his nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith-Gallo Funeral Home (220 N 1st St, Guthrie, OK 73044). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Memorial Chapel (220 N 1st St, Guthrie, OK 73044).
