She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Olin Meier and Pauline Eloise Meier (Wilkinson); and her son Steve. She is survived by: her children, Scott Winters (Debbie) of Kingfisher, Stan Winters (Kay) of Hitchcock and Rose Ann Teel (Lonnie) of Harper, KS; and her daughter-in-law Rhonda Winters of Kingfisher. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Rosemary's name to the Immanuel Baptist Church in Loyal, OK.
