He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Oliver and Alice Oliver (Chaney); his close friend Sharon Reynolds; his daughter Trecca Howard (Curtis); his grandchildren, Brock Howard of Tucson and Madison Shiplett (Nicholas) of Enid; and his great grandchild Rowan. He was also cherished by many loving family members and friends.
