He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Branson and Winnifred Branson (McCracken); his wife Bernita; his son Gaylen Paul; and his grandson Brock.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Branson (Vicki) of Kingfisher, Sylvia Bernhardt of Kingfisher and Debra Henderson of Kingfisher; and his siblings, Emma Gaye Sieber of Hennessey and Emmitt Branson of Crescent. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
