He is survived by: his wife Amy Mulhearn of Kingfisher, OK; his stepdaughters, Patricia Irene West and Jenni Lynn West; his grandson Kagan Dane Mooney; his siblings, Mary Kay Clark (John) and Kevin Mulhearn (Carol); and his parents-in-law, Kim and Diane West of Greenfield, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
