He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Russell and Pat Randall Appling. He is survived by: his siblings, Dick Russell (Janice) of Kingfisher, Trish Ludwig (Randy) of Kingfisher, Jim McCormick of Kingfisher, Tracy Russell Cruz (Joe) of Kingfisher and Steve Russell of Kingfisher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
