She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Czaplinski and Minnie Czaplinski; her friend Bonnie Armstrong; her brothers, Robert Czaplinski, George Czaplinski, Melvin Czaplinski, Burton Czaplinski and Everett Earl Czaplinski; and her child Marion Dale "Skip" Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Fran Goreham (James) of Arlington, Texas, Linda Scott of Calumet, Oklahoma and George Scott (Allison) of Tonitown, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Nathan Goreham, Megan Goreham, Michael Snow, Steve Snow, Sarah Ayers, Shawn Scott, Mandy Godbee, Matthew Scott and Gretchen Tegeler. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to OU Children's hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or the Saint Francis in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
