He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lee Sneed of Seiling; his children, Jason Cecil Ray Jr. (Candi) of Seiling, Mark Bradley (Ashley) of Woodward and Tiffany Secrest (John) of Seiling; and his sister Wilma Vaughn of Kingfisher. He is also survived by 6 grandsons and 6 granddaughters, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
