He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Barbour of Washington; his mother Anita Delores (Wrice) of Washington; his siblings, Ronald (Jaqueline) of Washington, Zelita of Washington, Randolph of Washington, Gwynda Williams (Amos) and Faith Terrell; his wife Gail Christine Kuehn (Lemke); his children, Franklin Charlemagne (Virginia) of Washington, Marvin Montague (Virginia) of Washington, Destiny Dawn of Washington and Maximus Jabez of Washington; his stepsons, Joshua Lee Kuehn, Levi William Kuehn and Jacob Don Kuehn (Elizabeth Diamond); and his grandchildren, Tianna Renee of Washington, Virginia, Stephanie Lynn Rush, Joshua Rodney-Lee Kuehn, Amichai Alejandro Maciel, Katrina, Elizabeth, Robert Scott Kuehn, Christopher James Diamond and Emily Ann Diamond. He is also survived by four children, three stepsons, and nine grandchildren.
