He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Smith. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Smith of Prairie Grove; his wife Lora Lee; his children, Debra (Chris Kite) of Broken Arrow and Junior Smith (Teresa) of Sand Springs; his grandchildren, Heather (Jayden Oviatt) of Kiefer, Samantha Kite of Broken Arrow and Jacob Kite of Broken Arrow; his great grandchild Isabella Rose Oviatt; and his brothers, Glenn Smith, Craig Smith and Doug Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
