It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nedra Dean Tinker (Kiefer, Oklahoma), born in Indianola, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Darren James Shannon. She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Shari Tidwell (Michael) of Tulsa, Steven Shannon of McAlester, Shawn Tinker of Crowder and Nicole Parks (Daniel) of Bixby; her grandchildren, Kristin, Kirby, Khloe Shannon of Tulsa, Taylor Saunders of Tulsa, Mary Tidwell of Tulsa, Rylee Parks of Bixby and Cookson Parks of Bixby; her great grandchildren, Bay and Maple Saunders of Tulsa; and her siblings, Carolyn Wilkins (Brad) of McAlester, Brenda Granzow (Randy) of Edmond, Sue Ann Harmon (Anthony) and Kendall Young of McAlester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Shriner Hospitals, which can be done through the Akdar Shrine website.
