She is survived by: her siblings, Jose Hernandez, Monica Hernandez, Mickey Hernandez and Leslie Nease; her children, Melissa Hernandez, Luis Flores Jr. and Zara Flores; and her grandchildren, Kaden, Evanna, Luis III, Phoenix, Douglas, Penelope and Jose.
