She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Fox and Martha Fox of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.; her husband Michael Ray Columbus; her sons, Michael Anthony Columbus of Albuquerque, NM, Luke and Aaron Columbus of Kiefer, Oklahoma; her siblings, Mark (Sheila Fox), Micah (Janie Fox), Adam Fox of Norman, Steve Fox of Sapulpa, Stephanie Fox of Broken Arrow, Melinda Fox and Lydia Pickering of Sapulpa; her grandchildren, Sheriah and Josiah; and her pet Bebe'. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
