He was predeceased by: his wife Rhoda Watashe; his parents, Jesse Watashe and Annie Watashe; his daughter Mary Watashe; his sisters, Beverly Watashe and Rita Watashe; his nephew Bryan Watashe; his sister-in-law Janice Watashe; his niece Tara Haikey; and his great-niece Joan Hogue Rosson.
He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Tate of Mounds; his daughters, Shannon Watashe McCully of Oakhurst, Kelley Watashe Parker of Kellyville and Tamara Watashe of Sapulpa; his grandson Josiah Watashe; and his siblings, Charles Watashe of Sapulpa, Allen Watashe of Sapulpa, Cynthia Fox of Glenpool, Jessie Watashe of Sapulpa, Sharon Lee of Tulsa, Patricia Dunn of Mannford, Debra Watashe of Sapulpa and Brenda Mills of Okmulgee. He is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
