She is survived by: her children, Terrilynn, Danny Lackey, Brent, Carla Barnhart and Cindy Columbia; her siblings, Shirley Gibbs and Nell Morgan; her niece Sheila; her grandchildren, Trevor, Tresa Lackey, Alaina, Tibor Szlavy, Stephenie, Josh Butterfield, Ashley, Corey Naifeh, Drew and Daniela Columbia; and her great grandchildren, Daisy Budgick, Evan Szlavy, Ellery Naifeh, Dash Naifeh, Van Butterfield, Edin Butterfield, Chloe Szlavy and Ophelia Naifeh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
