He is survived by: his wife Terrilynn Lackey of Kiefer; his sister Rejeanna Bowling (Bret) of Kiefer; his children, Trevor Lackey (Tresa) of Fairview and Alaina Szlavy (Tibor) of Kiefer; his grandchildren, Evan and Chloe; his daughter Ashley Naifeh (Corey) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Ellery, Dash and Ophelia; and his nephews, Ty Bowling (Madelina) of Kiefer and Garret Bowling of Kiefer. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
