He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmo Shelly and Mary Ellen Shelly (Baker); his daughter Terri Thurman; and his brother Johnny Shelly. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Weatherford; his son Greg (Tina Shelly) of Cashion, Oklahoma; his siblings, Charlene Baze, Shirley Shelly, Arlene Boteler, Chuck Shelly, Wayne Shelly and Blaine Shelly; his grandchildren, Trish Sloan, Sierra Thurman and Brook Shelly; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Sloan and Jack Sloan.
