Sherely Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherely Cook of Keyes, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Chapman and Daisy Gumm Chapman; her husband Carroll Cook (Cookie); and her brothers, Jerry Chapman and Gerald Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Jeannie Cook), Donnie (Julie Cook), Lynn and Brent (Lynn Jones); her grandchildren, Marsha (Joseph Williams), Michelle Lopez (late Kevin Lopez), Mitchell (Sara Perky), Bailey (Kc Baldonado), Braden Cook, Shannon (Logan Grant) and Taylor (Kevin McIntire); and her siblings, Francis Reid, John Champan and Bennie Champan. She is also survived by her 11 great grandchildren, many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family ask contributions be made to Coldwater Manor in Stratford, TX.
