He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger James and Mary Jewell Gardner (Costner); his wife Betty Jo Badgley; and his brother Bobby Lee Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Siler (Tim) of Edmond, Jamie Barnes (Craig) of Guymon, Terril Gardner (Carrie) of Roosevelt and Bron Gardner (Donna) of Keyes; and his half-sister Peggy Derry (Wayne) of Keokuk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
