He was predeceased by: his mothers, Vivian Tence Percifield and Leatha Prilliman Percifield; and his siblings, Jim Percified, Darlene Percified and Phyllis Lindeman (Sandra June Percifield).
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Kay McCarl; his wife Sandra June Fox; his siblings, Wade (Kathy Percifield) and Marge (Nick Wilmarth); his daughters, Stephanie (Bob Cochran) and Brenda Percifield of Keyes, OK; his stepdaughters, Lisa Fry of Elkhart, KS and Laura (Craig Cook); his adoptive son Thomas Hicks of Keyes, OK.; his grandchildren, Erica (David Bailey), Mackenzie (Brad Ottinger), Tristian Williams of Stillwater, OK and Tyler Brown of Keyes, OK; his stepgrandchildren, Elliott, Colton Fry of Keyes, OK, Blake Cook of Des Moines, NM and Brittani (Victor Estrada); his great grandchildren, Landen Williams, Chanley Bailey and Cooper Ottinger; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tessa, Lane, Ally, Aspen, Ryan Cook, Sayge and Owen Estrada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
