He is survived by: his spouse Pamela Elaine Peterson (Lewis); his mother Lavon Sharp of Spavinaw; his children, Benjamin Gouger (Erica) of Sherman, TX, Thomas Forbis of Ketchum, Madilyn Callery (Craig) of Tulsa and Andrew Forbis of Tahlequah; his stepchildren, Carlos and Keith Peterson (Becky); his grandchildren, Benjamin Caine Gouger and Sophie Grace Callery; his stepgrandchildren, Katie Peterson, Sadie Peterson and Emma Rose; and his sisters, Peggy Forbis of Spavinaw and Sandra Runnells of Strang.
