He is survived by: his children, Brandon Mooneyham (Angie) of Keota, Blaine Mooneyham (Audra) of Tulsa, Kenny Shakingbush (Rainy) of Kirbyville, MO, Windy Mooneyham of Keota and Stormy Stiffler (Jake) of Cassville, MO; his grandchildren, Westin Bartlett, Rylan, Kannon Mooneyham, River Shakingbush and Waylon Stiffler; and his siblings, Pat Maxwell of Keota, Wanda Rawson of Oklahoma City and James Harris (Francille) of Keota. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
