She was predeceased by: her parents, Voyd Osburn and Anna Belle Osburn (Spurlock); her husband Ronnie Ballard; and her brothers, John Dean, Donald and David Osburn.
She is survived by: her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Danielle Ballard of Greenwood; her daughter Sonya; her son-in-law Mark Cox of Keota, OK.; her grandsons, Brent (Audry Cox) and Zachary Ballard of Rogers, AR.; her great grandchildren, D. J. Emberson, Kevin Emberson, Lucas Bond and Trevor Cox; her siblings, Harold Osburn of Valley Springs, CA., Cheryl Conrow of Alma, AR. and Sybil Kyner of Kansas City, MO; and her friend Sandy Oliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
