He is survived by: his parents, Joe Welch and Rosalie Welch (Fannin) of Keota, OK; his son Scott Welch (Amanda) of Keota, OK; his grandchildren, Jolee Welch of Keota, OK, Jace Welch (Rilee Decker) of Keota, OK, Jadi McKibben (Owen) of Keota, OK, Jance Welch of Keota, OK, Hannah Osborne (Braxton) of Keota, OK, Jordyn Cantrell of Keota, OK and Brennon Lamb of Keota, OK; his great grandchild Indie Welch of Keota, OK; his sister Melissa Harris (Richie) of Keota, OK; his nieces, Kayla (Kayce Harris) and Numerous; his brother-in-law Numerous; his daughter Cristy Welch; his parents-in-law, Floyd Sandlin and Betty Sandlin; his siblings-in-law, Darlene Maynard, Leroy Schovanec and Raymond Sandlin; and also Nancy Welch. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
