She is survived by: her husband John William Bates; her daughter Melba Wegert (Frederick) of Bokoshe, OK; her grandchildren, Ranata Hatcher, Karen Sloan (Chris) of Stigler, OK and Dr. Casey Snodgress (Christopher) of Timnath, CO; her great grandchildren, Chase, Kensey Hatcher, Daylee and Daycen Sloan of Stigler, OK; her siblings, William Dewayne "Wayne" Self, Patricia Ophelia "Sissy" Allen of Spiro, OK., Sylvia Lorene "Dean" Casey and Sharon Kay Morton; and her nieces and nephews, Debra Lavon Bates and Deretha Lynn Bates.
