He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Carroll Broughton (Young) and Floyd Henry Broughton; his wife Sandra Broughton; and his siblings, Walter Broughton and Jeanne Lone.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Broughton (Tina) and Jeanne Munoz; and his sisters, Linda Post and Joyce Phipps. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and numerous other relatives.
