She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Thompson and Hazel Thompson (Dibler); her close friend William "Billy" Ragan; her husband Raymond Scrivener; her siblings, Joyce Bowers, Cheryl Thompson and Harmon Thompson; her grandson Asher Hoffman; her children, Teresa Moody and Charles Ragan; and her son-in-law Gene Moody.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Scrivener of Florida, Ben Scrivener of Keota, OK, Keith Ragan (Misty) of Dayton, AR and Tonya Scrivener of Fort Smith, AR.; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Thompson (Thirteen) of Keota, OK. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
