She is survived by: her sons, Dale Lewis (Kathy), Robert Lewis (Sandy) and Ricky Lewis of Keota, OK.; her grandchildren, Pattie Barberee, Delia Sullivan, Dale Lewis, Jr. (Stacey), William Barnes, Robert Barnes (Allison), Katie Frost (Scott), Jeffery Lewis and Amanda Riemer (Seth); her great grandchildren, Miguel, Austyn, Spenser Nias, Stella, Wesley, Emmie, Blake Michaela, Nicaylah, Faith, Trent and Sara Brylee Raemee; her great great grandchildren, Serenitee, Dillion Jr., Kinley and Noah; and her brothers, Donnie Dover (Alice) and Richard Dover.
