He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Edward and Patsy Jo Whitmire (Barker); and his wife Marilyn Kay Whitmire. He is survived by: his children, Christina Whitmire of Durant, Oklahoma and Ray Whitmire of Durant, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Cindy Whitmire of Miami, Florida and Tony Whitmire of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
